Term definitions
| Term | Meaning |

| Case | One leave / disability claim workflow for an employee under an employer group. |
| Employer group | A client employer (or segment) you manage in the app. |
| Intake | Creating a new case. |
| Envelope | A sent digital form packet with one or more signers. |
| Signer roles | Typically employee, employer, physician; NY PFL may include care recipient. |
| Maxi Intelligence | In-app AI summary assistance for prioritization. |
| Ball with | Which party is expected to act next on the case. |
| Carrier status | High-level status from the carrier or workflow layer. |
| Reporting Hub | Area for utilization metrics, charts, and generated reports. |
| Claim workspace | The detailed view for a single case (documents, forms, timeline, notes). |
