Quick fixes for common Broker app issues. If something persists, contact support with your case ID and steps to reproduce.
Common issues
I cannot sign in.
Confirm you are using the correct broker URL, reset your password, and verify your account is provisioned as a broker. Check spam for magic links or invites.
I see “Access Restricted.”
Your default role is not broker. Ask your admin to adjust user preferences / role or provisioning.
My employer group disappeared from the header.
You may have switched Private / Public sector; toggle back or choose All Clients. See Dashboard.
Digital forms show overdue signers.
Resend or use reminder/nudge features from the claim workspace; verify email addresses and spam folders.
Upload failed.
Reduce file size (try under 10 MB), use a supported file type, and retry. See Claim workspace — Documents.
Wrong assignee on a case.
Open the case and reassign if your UI allows, or ask a teammate with permissions to update the assigned broker.
