Introduction
Ask Maxi is a conversational assistant you can use from the Advocate app to get quick explanations, summaries, or suggestions related to your work. Open it from the sidebar (Tools group).

What Ask Maxi is
Maxi uses large language model-style responses. It can help you word communications, outline next steps, or interpret information you paste — within the limits of what your organization allows the product to access.
Using Ask Maxi
- Open Ask Maxi from the sidebar.
- Type a question or paste context (avoid sharing unnecessary personal health information unless your policy permits it).
- Read the reply and verify important facts against source documents, SSA guidance, and your supervisor.
Do not treat Maxi as legal, medical, or SSA advice. You remain responsible for filings and client counsel.
